Great point, Stromey – last year's team would struggle at 2-2 on the road and likely come up short.

Great game by the Rangers today (for 2 periods anyway, early games are tough). Everyone in the Rangers blogosphere talks about how Strome doesn't "fit in with their long term plans" and is a potential trade chip and I think that is too bad… He seems like a great guy on and off the ice, has great chemistry with his teammates and seems to thrive on the pressure in NYC. I am not saying the Rangers should sign him for 7 more years (the dude is 28) but I'd like to see him stick around if possible.
That Strome goal gave us life and, that will to win..L.G.R!!!
