This goes back to an interview he did with Elliott Friedman. When you go out and get a few new players, it doesn’t work. They should have played back the exact same roster as last year and let them figure it out. They were so close last season. Why did they get Orlov and Bunting, it was unnecessary.

Canes system is going to fail us in the long run. an entire system rooted in luck-driven high volume low quality shots and man-on-man defensive protection is not going to bring a cup to carolina. we need to fire some coaching staff (jeff daniels) and bring in a new creative mind to help RBA from the outside of the organization
