It’s almost like he thinks there’s a different head coach. A head head coach if you will. And he’s just flailing in the dark. Should have dumped him already, but he managed to have the Caps in a playoff spot at Thanksgiving so I guess we waste another season.
Man, it’s his first season and he inherited one, if not the, oldest teams in the league. Backstrom is done, oshie for all intents and purposes is done, OV lost his spark after his father passed and seems done, Carlson looks slow, Kuzy looks like he’s long cashed in. And Mantha?!
This is like $25+ million tied up in players that could be better spent on making the team better, but we’re stuck on the old. Yeah, I want OV to pass #99, but I’d rather having a winning team… that’s right, I went there…
