  1. Wow, this is the first time I've ever come early to Eddie's show? <lol> But…what a game, last night. The Kings seem to be clicking on all cylinders right now. But can they keep it going? The Islanders…the Rangers? Will the will of Butch Goring (a former King) win out over a team of magical players. And further, can the Kings beat a team that was pasted together-with money-and bettman's wand? Alas, I have never been so happy to be proven wrong by a team that is working so hard/together and accompishing so much. Obviously, we older Kings fans tend towards cynicism as we remember "the King choke" for decades. And it never mattered whom we got, here in L.A., as they all choked in the end. They are still our beloved teams. But we who remain, will never forget. Ya, I cried in 2012…and, again, in 2014. But even beloved Lombardi found a way to let us down by going against the rules of being too close to his players. It's rare that a GM prices his own team off to oblivion. Anyway, thanks, Eddie, for helping to keep everything so real (through the good and the bad). You are as good a moderator as you are at carrying a show on a regular basis. Now then, let's see how our team does against the once revered…naw, leave that thought to Dean Lombardi <lol>

  2. Rob from Brea, yep an OC Kings Fan (ducks suck) and season ticket holder! Love watching Eddie and my Kings! Thanks Eddie for all you do!

  3. This team is money in the 3rd period. I love the way this team plays with a lead. They just keep their foot on the gas.

  4. Eddie, I have recently been hearing more and more criticism of Kings 1-3-1 system and how it's bad for hockey and it's boring ( Montreal base) I watch every kings game, and I don't see kings playing boring type of hockey. They are near the top in scoring and in defense, so whatever system they are using is very effective. As long as they are not doing something illegal, I say keep on doing it. I believe Todd has been using this type of system since he got here. Have you heard anything regarding this? Thanks

  5. No offence Eddie but Spence has 9 assists in 22 games, he's playing at about half a point a game on pace for darn near 40 pts on the 3rd pair how much more offence do you want

  6. It’s starts like this that erase the pain endured since our last championship I love this team win or lose but it’s nice being hot

  7. It was sort of comedy relief watching Byfield hitting nothing but post last season… Just seeing him score on those very same shots brings tears of joy…

Watching this team grow together brings shades of our championship years…

    Ludwig from Las (🤢🤮) Vegas…

  8. I'm also going to give The Dub man some time. He is infact learning as Dominick Efram and some others have said. He learned how to make a power move properly when Byfield did it. Now, all he has to do is go early to a morning skate and work with Q on that and maybe he will get somewhere but I doubt he will show up as surfing classes start at 9 am sharp and he won't be able to make both. Q really caught that dman flat footed and he was a lot smaller too. I don't think he knew the kind of speed Q actually has. He acted very surprised. The thing is, the Kings can't have any arrogance. If David from Las Vegas wants to raise a dirty banner and is happy with that, cool. A team that goes to the Finals is not usually the most talented, but is infact, talented but scrappy beyond that. Just ask the Bees last season and their record breaking dirty banner they hoisted. These guys like The Dub and a couple of others are the weakest link in the chain and when the Kings go to NY to face the Rags and Johnny Quick who is the face and name of a scrappy, never quit, never say die, never bow your head looks The Dub squate in the eye, he will know what it means to be a champion.

  9. My condolences go out to Patrick O Neal and his family on the loss of his father.
