The noise at the end scared the shit out of me lmao!
Enterprise uses the same horn. One, The Old Barn was a wooden building, and two, NHL has sound limits now as to how loud music and that can be. I read something about that a few years ago. A lot of teams horns and such don't sound as loud as they used to. That version of Blues go Marching in is no longer used. That was from 1996 to 2008. When it was computer tunes loaded into the synthesizer that was then connected to the organ. IMO that sounded much better because it used a synthesizer that gave it the extra base and made it sound louder. The whistle at the end is the kazoo recording. Now, the Blues just use the organ and no longer use the synthesizer because it's a live organist. This is also why it doesn't sound very loud anymore because since it's an actual organist playing straight from the organ. I miss this version of Blues go Marching in. It just sounded so much louder and bold. The organ the Blues have is not really designed for an arena. It's more of an organ you would find in a church. The synthesizer is what kicked it up a notch.
This sounds better.
The old organ is a pipe organ?
Can’t believe how long they lasted in the St. Louis arena. It was old by the 70s
