    When Montreal decided to move their hockey games from the site of the Montreal Forum ( a hockey holy site ) they had never won another cup and bad luck seemed to follow them there after.
    You may snicker at this but I believe Howie Morenz may have had his body viewed at the Forum after he died so prematurely.
    The ghosts of the old Forum won't let any owner forget that.

    In 1968 the owners renewed the Forum they didn't move the arena.

    In Canada hockey is a religion and in Quebec even more so.

    I think the moral is, don't fix what ain't broke especially if so many have worshipped at the place.

    Pressure to maintain for long periods of time wasn't there, still isn't. Terrible passing, Gallagher was on his A Game tonight, Slafkovsky still needs to work on finishing, panic in the D Zone when under pressure, Evans got a goal tonight, not bad from a back to back. Pittsburgh on Wednesday.

    The NHL teams have learned how to shutdown Cole Caufield. On the powerplay, he hangs around the mid-range halfboards on the left-hand side and waits for a pass from Nick Suzuki or Mike Matheson. Anticipating a one-timer. The League knows that breaking up the pass will decrease the opportunity for a scoring chance by Cole Caufield.
