Man Greaves was a wall the last two games he played, the competition for goalies seems to be riling up a little it feels.
Elvis has started getting his game back
Martin has also been a solid goalie in his games.
Greaves comes up, has two really good games.
And now we have to see how Tarasov does.
I like all goalies and like their personalities, of course would like to keep them all as they seem decent people, but hockey is a business so if someone gets traded, I dunno who I’d pick.
Still bummed about Gavrikov being traded, or Bjrokstrand.

I didn’t realize Greaves is only 22. Feels like he’s been around a while. But goalies tend to get better with age so it’s looking like the dudes gonna have a good career. Put up better numbers than elvis in his short stint.

Greaves has insane potential. He’s so fast! He has great athleticism and instincts too. It pains me to see him go back down to Cleveland. I know everyone loves Tarry, and that’s cool, but Elvis + Greaves is who I’d put on the roster every day. Don’t get me wrong: Martin is solid, and I love his personality, but speaking as a goalie, Elvis > Greaves > Martin > Tarry is my opinion at this point.

Maybe I’ll eat my words here but I’m not sure Tarasov is better than Greaves at this point

Tarasov’s NHL numbers aren’t great so far, but he was playing behind last year’s gutted defense for most of those games. I hope he goes off behind a decent D core.
