  1. From the perspective of a Red Wings fan, Binnington had a .839 save percentage in that game, Walman and Fabbri scored and the GM Armstrong traded them away pretty much nothing other than the 2nd round pick. Schenn, Saad, Faulk, Krug, Leddy, Parayko, Binnington all over 30 and overpaid. Berube won a cup in the same season when he took over the Blues and they were dead last. I'm not sure if he was the right man for the job but you guys need to get rid of Doug Armstong and commit to rebuilding because the fall is going to be hard and you might as well get it over with. Armstrong will keep Ken Hollanding the Blues to death and sign older depth players to long term contracts with way to high an AAV trying to keep this sinking ship afloat.

  2. Wow – we Blues fans win our ONLY SC in 52+ years with Army and two years ago still had 110 wins yet since then, CB couldn't motivate players and now gets fired but it's the GM's fault. Such is life at the top!

  3. It just hasn't been the same since Bouwmeester had to retire. Losing Bouwmeester then Pietrangelo and Gunnarsson changed the Blues identity. The Defensive core that won the Stanley cup was built on size, average height was about 6'4

  4. I may be mistaken… but Pietrangelo wanted to stay… but couldn't come to turns with tthe Blues! I literally would've givin Him a blank check!

He's always very good… while barely pushing it @ 70-75%! He'd score more if he always on Go mode… but he's got Cups & money… so he's good!!
