It’s taken a few weeks but people are starting to notice the Preds heater. I don’t think it’s sustainable, but it’s been a hell of a lot of fun to watch.

I think a big difference under this new style has been twofold: the activeness of the offense, fighting those battles and harassing the puck as much as possible; 2. Actually running like a team. For instance: Josi may not be netting quite as many points as 2019 or so but he’s still producing and the game isn’t resting on his or Juice. Our offense is actually passing better, fighting for possession and giving each other chances.
We still have gaps on defense and taking penalties… but it’s just so nice to watch rn
