I don't think people realize the effect of getting smoked in the face with a puck can have on a players ability to play their own game. I kow it has been a few weeks but it takes time.

Here's the problem…Kuzmenko on the 4th line and has no value. How many minutes is he going to get night? Also how many goals will he score with limited ice time and with who he's playing with? Hoglander proved he can score on whatever line he played on. The good news Kuzy's playing on the PP. So he HAS to score. He HAS to play Def. The path to success is tougher for Kuz.

Think Big Guys! Pittsburgh is a long shot to make the playoffs, Sid and management know that. Sid wants another Cup. I would guess if the Pens don't turn it around soon the question would be where he would want to be traded. Could it be with a Canadian team with management with whom he has won 2 Stanley Cups? A team that he knows several players. A coach who has won 3 Cups with Pittsburgh. A team with 2 solid goaltenders, and a full cast except for a legit 2nd pairing right side D-man. Pens send us Sid and Kris Letang (Pens retain half his salary) we send Pittsburg Tyler Myers, Connor Garland, and draft picks. The Pens likely will be sellers at the deadline, they will sell whoever they can at the deadline for picks and prospects. We won't need Bear, and Kuz will be a star with Crosby and ? on line 1 'C'. Unload either Kuz or Mik in the offseason. You heard it first here, On 'Locked on Canucks'!
I'd say no to trading him unless a team like Washington is willing to trade based on last year's production. If they're desperate because of the Ovi situation it's possible.
