Is it still too early to tell. Cossa has shown enough flashes to this point.
Most likely, yes. It’s ok to say it. If we could change things based on what we have seen so far, I think we would pick Wallstedt. Not to mention, we would be able to call up Wallstedt to fill the current void while Lyon and Husso are recovering–cant do that with Cossa right now.
It’s still a bit too early to know but it doesn’t look great at this exact moment.
Maybe? Even on draft night, the thought was that Wallstedt was closer to a finished product and that Cossa had more potential but was a longer-term project. That Wallstedt is outperforming Cossa now is not surprising at all given that context. As unsatisfying as it is, we’ll know for sure in about 3 years.
Based on the stats maybe. One thing tho is that goalies develop much slower. It’ll probably be years until we see cossa at the nhl level.
Also it’s very hard to tell how good goalies are based on stats because they’re very defense dependent. You gotta really watch the game to tell so def take the stats with a grain of salt
I am more worries about Kasper not panning out than Cossa
We got Trey augustine if cossa doesn’t pan out. So either way we got options
