No biggie… Teams need a wake up call once in a while. Lazy return from Xmas. Will cop a rocket to sharpen up. Next game will be back in form.
Anybody not named DeSmith should be ashamed by this performance, sure losing happens but that was just brutal to watch. I can already imagine Tocchet giving this team an earful. Expecting hard practices the next couple of days. Flyers are legit though, and I'm just glad we don't face them again this season.
Everyone ate too much turkey… Tocchet's definitely going make them all skate their behinds off.

Have to love when the ref changes the entire outcome of the game. Yes the Canucks played horribly, but the penalty on Myers was a horrible weao call that lead to 3 goals.

Impressive win by the Flyers, but they've done it all season. Dug in and played responsible through the whole game, then capitalized on their chances. Everyone chipped in. They're the real deal.

What is worrisome for you guys is Zadorov, even in 10 minutes of highlights of 1 game the guy looks absolutely lost out there. Those back to back giveaways for Farabee's goal were insane, no NHL DMan should make those mistakes

Flyers are one hard working group of dudes! As a Canucks fan, I'm not too concerned about the results. Bit of rust after the Christmas break, and we're not going to win every night either. Just look at yesterday's game where the lowly Ducks beat LV. If you don't bring your A game against lower ranked teams that are angry at their lack of success, you're probably going to lose. Happy to see Vegas bounce back and beat LA though. The Kings have way too many games in hand and could easily be in first place once they have played the equal amount of games.
every game is a playoff game and this is one step closer to hoisting a golf club instead of the cup , handing the puck over like you dont give a dam , skating like slugs as if you dont need to put any effort in to win, the forwards did the work for the defense who didnt feel like showing up , problem is you cant bench the defense because you dont have any on reserve , maybe thats a trade you need to build a wall to stop the others from just waltzing in and taking over ,we know who must stay and who must go . you need an early practice before each game , no long gaps between games hoping everyone is ready , same day practices will keep you geared up not sleeping at the wheel
Too many turnovers for the Canucks and on the offense we are not taking advantage of the rebounds. Gotta play better than this!
