   Glad they pulled him immediately, last year he got rocked several times and stayed in games, that’s an accident waiting to happen. Good job by the staff.

   Clearly a penalty. Hits Slafs head before or, at same time, as he contacts the body. In addition, his feet are a couple inches off the ice on contact meaning he jumped into the hit. At minimum the hit should be reviewed by the league and a response given on the decision.
