d j smith third coach axed this season. Lame-0 safe-for now… Oil pp vs. isle pk not a good match-up. It will come down to sorokin. Sorokin totally shut down oil last season 3-0 at home in one of isles bright moments. Remember isles lost 4-1 at oil in. nov. If bo out does 26 join 13's line?

Dobson is improving the more he plays the better he gets, I’ve got 4 forwards that could sit and start giving Wahlstrom some ice time, the team should know that they need to go hard metropolitan division is very very close
Guys likie Dobson, Holmstrom and Romanov give me hope for the future of this team. Sorokin, Horvat, Barzal, Nelson. I really feel if the Isles had a Tortarella as a coach like the Flyers they'd be much better.
Good morning team. Gil, I agree. I'm so glad Bo will be in the lineup tonight. The chemistry Barzy and Bo have needs to continue for this team to be successful, in my opinion. Yes, Lee has been stepping up his game these couple of weeks. That needs to continue as well. I'm looking forward to these next few games. Should be a better rested team. My plan for McDavid, when he has the puck he is very dangerous with it. Someone needs to be assigned to him and make him pay with body checks each time he has the puck. I know, easier said than done, but I don't know of another way to contain him. Both teams coming off back to back losses, at least we have last line change. We'll talk about it tomorrow, I'm sure. Morning Gil! Great show my friend! You know I’m Sorro’s biggest supporter and I never blame him—he’s my favorite and I love him as my net! However—-can’t give in like the Boston game. He’s gotta show some resiliency when we have the lead. I was annoyed with him for the Boston game. Habs were a wash but does mean that tomorrow’s TNT game against the Caps is an automatic wash again? Back to back—-just play the damn game. Isles are weird Gil. They will beat the Oilers and get beat by a weak team. Oil net sucks. They will never get anywhere with that net. Failed them in last year’s playoffs and will fail them again. Gotta keep roughing out wins. If—-if we play an opportunistic game today and concentrate on D—-give them only 2 pp’s we will win. This team is so undisciplined and often lazy penalties, unnecessary ones. Remember how we beat them in the old days? Same thing here. Don’t lay back but tighten up the D and run with it when you can. Their net sucks!! Sorokin needs a very strong game tonight. Take care Gil!
Islanders just have to stay in the top 3 of Metro otherwise it will be dicey to make playoffs. Dell shutting them out on Sharks might help Carolina get the edge as usual hehe. Rangers with the best goalie in NY by far Quick is likely to stay in the top 3. Maybe he can make it till 2024 without losing a game in Regulation. Edmonton has Pickard over Campbell who I think Knights traded in opening season with all those goalie issues. I think their problem was the blue line Oilers. I think this team will set a record for OTLs for the Franchise. I've lost track of Zach Parise or a few of the games. Too many sales to get stuff before its too much :). I am not good with the birthday of the day things. I am a fan of Tanner Pearson but I don't think he is related to that dude :). Derek King another favorite had his final years in the AHL Minor Leagues or so :).
