Whoever said this was Brock’s worst game in the GDT, yea the stats would back you up.
That Zadorov turnover leading directly to a goal was the theme of this game.
Flush it and fuck it. Win the first one in 2024, Canucks.
Zadorov was horrible tonight.

A rare loss. On to the next. Boys must have had too much turkey over the holidays.
Petey line was unlucky and Thirst boys continued to be them.
However, incredibly disappointing from the Miller line and the bottom 4 defensemen. We are desperately in need of the PP clicking.
Chart matches the eye test for Boeser. He looked slow or even sickly every shift.

This is the Home Christmas loss. Guys got home after a grind and went into relaxation mode.
Can’t really blame them either with their next game on January 2nd.
But as it was with the start of the season, nothing like losing to the Flyers to wake the team up.

Z & M dominated for all the wrong reasons.
I don’t get how they can just play so great against one team then ass against another. Like they dump everything they’ve worked on and do that.
Flyers are good but I don’t see why we can’t beat them.
This doesn’t line up.. no hate for Joshua in specific, but he did throw a pass off the side of our own net in the first 2 minutes of the second period, which created a dangerous scoring opportunity for Philly. To see no negative defensive impact can’t be right
How to play against the Canucks:
– When Hughes or Hronek have the puck, cover everyone else, do not attempt to check them.
– When Zadorov or Myers has the puck, pressure them with 2 forecheckers. They give up juicy turnovers.
– When Cole or Juulsen have the puck, control the boards. These players will never pass up the middle but move the puck along the boards or glass instead.
If you stifle the defence, you force errors and make the forwards backcheck all game.
