A bunch of Buffalo Sabres have regressed this year or are just having bad seasons…….but that kid line has arrived. Peterka has been fantastic this year and Quinn seems to be here. What is it? 3 goals in 6 games since returning??

goal by #11 of Bluejackets should have been disallowed he must go directly to his bench can not join play and his replacement can not come on to ice before he is off ice
Scratched out a win against a very tired team missing four important regulars and had their 3rd option in net.
As good as Buffalo’s effort was the entire game, several of the few shots they allowed nearly won the game (Buffalo’s one PP saw them allow a clean SH chance)
Not a win to get excited about; now IF they play like that against Ottawa and don’t allow 42 shots like a dead-tired Jackets team did, THEN maybe we can think more positively.

They are the most consistent team at keeping 14th place in the conference…No one defends that position as well as the Sabres
