Why do you pronounce Samsonov like you do? As far as I know you’re pronouncing it wrong the O isn’t that hard soften it up a bit both o’s should sound the same

Yeah and Kampf wasn't too thrilled about being scratched too. It broke a 323 consecutive game streak he had going. Generally speaking NHL managers are a little reticent about pulling that kind of thing, so, although warranted, still a little surprising. Just ask Kessel why nobody will give him a contract.

samsonov has real potential to be a number 1 starter but he clearly needs to be around more Russians. its a shame the leafs didnt realize that. oh well… on to the next!!!

I like Samsonov, but he let in way too many easy shots. Hopefully Woll can recover soon and get back into the Leafs net.

When he was with Caps , made spectacular saves , but let it many t hat were routine !
leafs defense and poor back check has contributed to Samsonov's demise. Any new goalie will face the same challenges
