That bullshit penalty called on Middleton cost us this fucking game. I’m fucking livid right now, fuck the refs and fuck Winnipeg!
Spanked back to back by a division rival. We are absolutely not making the playoffs, and frankly after that performance, we don’t deserve to. I don’t care how many injuries we have, nobody seemed to give a fuck about winning.
That one hurt.
I am more upset about the jets winning than about the Wild losing.. if that make sense?
Plow is still a bitch. Fuck that guy.
Happy New Year folks, see ya next year!
I’m guessing this is how the playoffs will go
Statement game by the Wild. Great response, a lot of heart. /s
Yall got too into the momentum
Sure would have been nice to have 97 today
What an annoying loss. Felt like we outplayed them most of the game and both losses come down to stupid penalties and puck luck.
Not the sole reason we lost, but fuck that debatable tripping call was a brutal just as we had all the momentum.
Would be nice if we could play with our actual team once in a while and not half of Iowa’s team.
I hope every WPG fan has a safe and miserable New Year
Too many injuries on a threadbare team to make any real impact. Enjoy the season for what it is. At least we’ll see a few Iowegians getting some big show time.
The hockey gods must flip a coin every week with Boldy and you either get a guy that can’t miss or is lost out there.
I know two things about Winnipeg.
1) in summer it smells like pig shit
2) any other season it’s too cold to smell like pig shit.
AHL squad against the Jets and refs wasn’t a winning recipe. I am fully on board that there is no team I hate more than Winnipeg.
It’s also nice to see that the league knows they can injure our best players with impunity and we fold like a cheap card table.
Thanks for letting me hang out Wild bros, wish the game had gone the other way.
One power play in 60 minutes is a fucking joke.
Man, as a brand new hockey fan I see a lot of things I love about the Wild. But these last two games it looked like we were crowding ourselves, making mistakes passing, trying to hit breakaways 1 offense vs 3 defenders… the physicality and the drive was there, but i feel like it was basic mistakes that cost both these games against a really formidable oppenent. Hats off to the goalies for their performances though
Only plus side is that we didn’t get another major injury
i hope the jets get moved back to atlanta in 2024
Woulda been nice to win that for Flower, at home on his 1000th game night…

Welp who can they unload at the deadline this team is done. The curse of Nino is alive and well. And Nobody stood up for 97. Dillon should have been getting into fights the entire night. Anti-Dean just got out coached again
Can’t believe flower got let down on his 1,000th game.
I take responsibility for the L. I offered up the Vikings win tonight as sacrifice to the Hockey Gods but I should’ve sweetened the pot with the next 3 Wolves games too.
Glad there were no injuries.
Thought the Wild played ok just didn’t get the bounces and finishing we needed.
Also, how funny/pathetic that Jets fans are coming to our sub. It’s reassuring to know we aren’t the most miserable fan base, imagine the Wild winning and still being miserable lol
that one was ours to lose unfortunately
all good, we’re on a homestand. we beat calgary & tampa bay and we’re back on track
For those concerned with such things, there was a $24 million difference in the iced rosters today. The Wild clocked in at a cool $45 million.
With the liberties taken against our guys last night.. the boys should have had plenty of fight in the tank. They looked dead. No response for the game yesterday is just embarrassing.
I was at the game. Sat behind some dudes from Winnipeg. Good people.
Game could have been better though.
well, happy new year from the other side
