  1. Pickard needs to start against the Flyers. See if he maintains this pace and he can overtake Skinner for the #1

  2. The way both goalies are playing; I’m don’t think the Oil should focus on upgrading I’m net. January will be the test to see what this team can do and what they still need

  3. Interviewer: hey Cal can you tell us how we're supposed to pronounce your last name? Is it PICK-ard or pick-ARD!?

    CP: yes!

  4. Solid team effort, steady goaltending, everybody looks good these days. Pic has earned himself the backup job IMO, so less pressure to do something stupid to upgrade hastily. He should get some chances to start against top tier teams and cement his spot soon… who isn't rooting for him? Great veteran guy

  5. Man he can sure wack the puck out of his crease. He did it a few times tonight when the heat was on. Great game Pick!

  6. The best part??… There's already a hamlet named after him north of Edmonton. Should get the keys to the place.

  7. I wouldn't mind seeing more of Picard. But the team is still a bit back in the standings, so I don't think we got the luxury of not using Skinner yet.

  8. He was supposed to be Colorado’s #1 10 years ago but the team in front of him was very poor and it ruined his development. Much like a slew of Oiler keepers: Talbot, Dubnyuk, and many more. Good to see him back.

  9. Did Spec go on holiday? I haven’t heard this many coherent questions in a while.

  10. His movement is a little inefficient but he BATTLES in his crease!! To me that counts for ALOT! Come Play off time it doesn’t hurt to have a DOG behind the team.
