@Stars de Dallas

1. It's great to see what Slaf can do when his confidence level is 100 (Julien) had to get my TP Boys reference in there. As a whole the Habs 1st line is starting to feel like a threat everytime they're on the ice! The progress is there!

  2. Glad they got the win, but at the end of the game, they had 2 opportunities to score in an open net. They have got to score on those chances. Thankfully, they had a 3 goals lead, but, man it was way too close at the end.

  3. The lack of finishing from the offense is concerning. Apart from the first line, seems like no other line can finish relatively easy chances. We need to trade for a pure goalscorer next, and they dont come by easy

  4. Armia saved the game right at the end, should give him his props. I have noticed most Youtube habs content creators slag him constantly but never give the guy his due when he deserves it.

  5. They lost a couple of tough games in FLA, but this was a great road trip. They need to focus on playing with their system for 60 minutes, instead of 55. They are coming along nicely.

  6. I don't know, maybe it was me but it seemed like with 6min to in the game the boys were headed to the plane. I mean it was 4-1 at the time and it felt like defensively they checked out

  7. They were shooting on Wedgewood who has been on the bench all year and has looked sketchy/rusty in 3 games he's played since Otts is injured.
    Dallas is my second fave team behind th eHabs and they have at times looked bad this year IDK i think it is a bunch of vets get lazy and don't show up to play every night.
    I expect Dallas to make a round or two then bow out of the playoffs because they are not consistent to go all the way so it looks like another year with Vegas and whomever else shows up in the playoffs.

  8. Slaf is finally using his reach and size it's so great to see . I knew he wasn't a bust and ppl needed to give him some time he's 19 YO after all .

  9. Stop taking stupid penalties, avoid giveaways in the defensive zone and learn how to protect multiple goal leads especially late in hockey games and this team will be unbelievable.

  10. I want to organize a boxing match between joeil armia and Austin matthews. 12 rounds of feints and no hits thrown . Battle of the kleenex with lotion vs 3 ply Charmin toilet paper extra soft

  11. If Slaf doesn't do all he did last night 3 of those goals don't happen. Poor Josh, he was finally getting his MOJO back. That hit by Pezz dispensing some hurt. Sammy was channeling his inner Carey Price.

  12. So, when do teams just start pulling their goalie in the middle of the game against us? Seems to be an effective strategy.

  13. Has anyone noticed that Slafkovsky has started playing much better since he was placed on the first line with Suzuki? Captain Nick makes everyone look better. Last year he had a revolving door of wingers and then he had RHP on his line for a while. RHP, of all people, ended up with 14 goals, most of them courtesy of Nick Suzuki. I shudder to think where this team would be without Nick Suzuki who is clearly the team's best player – and it ain't even close

  14. Slaf having 6pts in his last 7 games, while also consistently creating goals that he doesn’t end up getting assist for like the two in this game is amazing. I knew from the day we drafted him he was gonna be a star and a huge part of our team. He just needs some more time
