LADIES AND GENTLEMEN… YOUR CALGARY FRIENDS ARE OVER .500

HAVE WON 3 IN A ROW FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE OCTOBER

ARE ONE POINT OUT OF A WILD CARD SPOT

Knee on knee and then the accidental slewfoot. Tomasino needs to learn how to control his damn feet.

Hopefully nothing serious with gibby. Seeing him motionless on the ice was scary

Such a well played game tonight for the Flames.

    Hope Gilbert is OK.

  4. wahlberger

    I feel…good? I… experienced flames hockey….??

  5. usnavis

Super solid game by the Flames.

Hoping for a quick recovery for Gilbert.

Not saying it means anything (and I’m still firmly team retool) but DGB had an article on « Teams most able to pull a St. Louis » and he said we might be the best shot.

    GFG whatever we do

Didn’t see what happened with Gilbert, tuned in when I got off and figured we had a double minor for them high sticking or something. I hope he’s okay 🙁 was he able to leave on his own or did he have to get stretchered?

  8. uriplease

While I don’t think it was an intentional slewfoot, that result was the intention. I really hope Gilbert is okay.

I do not understand how Nashville fans do not think that was a slewfoot? I mean as a shitty hockey player I used to do that all the time as my go to on shitbirds in a game.

Huby had a good game, regardless of hitting the scoresheet or not.

    Lindy had a great game.

The usual suspects that have been playing good hockey (Goalman, Zary, Sharangovich, Kadri, the entire blue line) played great.

Once again forgot Dube was a flame.

  11. Used_Locksmith4838

Those Nashville commentators r a joke not calling that a slew foot even if it wasn’t worry about a players safety instead of bitching about a penalty a humans well being is way more important

Nothing can stop us from getting that sweet 16th overall pick

  13. hey-dorothea1313

    That’s three 🔥🔥

Also the preds sub is hilarious lol

  14. Rulebreaker15

We are the best, most reasonable NHL fan subr by far and I love that.

Our comments and even our broadcast people are reasonable and fair vs some other teams and their vile subs, Blind homerism is not a good look.

If anything we could be nicer when the team plays poorly but then it wouldn’t be reddit.

  15. ReactiveCypress

As much as I love a W, beating Nashville helps Edmonton :/
