  1. Looking over the course of the season we overachieved massively. A lot of ‘experts’ had us not making playoffs, we ended up winning our division. A great base to build on for next season with the new head office. #letsgopens

  2. Well this depressed me…. I'm gonna go watch the 2016 cup video… make me feel better

  3. Islanders have now taken the #1 spot as my most hated team (previously held by Washington).
This was/is a hard pill to swallow.

  4. This reopens a wound that was healing. Jarry couldn't make a save, not just a big save, even some routine ones were let in. He acts so cocky but doesn't have the chops to back it up. Swagger-wise reminds me of Patrick Roy. Far from the ability and playoff focus, though.

  5. Sorry but Jarry was just not good enough in the playoffs. I'd go as far as to say terrible in some of the games. He seems to have inherited the horrendous glove hand from Murray. Don't care what anyone says but Desmith is a more consistent goaltender.

  6. Good effort boys! Unfortunately we need to make some moves to get bigger, because that’s the way the league is going. Most importantly we need a goalie because that was the worst meltdown ever! I’m obviously not in the locker room ,but I doubt their will be much confidence in #35 come playoff time. Perhaps bringing in a veteran goalie could help push #35 ,or start if he struggles again. The Pens have been and will always be my favorite sports team, NO MATTER WHAT! LETS GO PENS!

  7. This kind of resonates as the epilogue of an era. We had great things to celebrate, no doubt. We may now need to unfortunately pay the great cost of greatness…
