  1. Tim Ledger doesnt watch any Miami games guys – pls dont take his opinion seriously, he literally said several things that arent true

  2. Did JJ just imply that the Lakers are a team that matters? They are closer to being the Pistons than they are to being the Celtics.

  3. Take away free throws luka is the best scorer in the league. Luka has been carrying his team more than embiid giannis sga and jokic with all the injuries. He also gets doubled the most by a factor of 2 and still puts up ridiculous numbers. Luka is the very definition of mvp. The media are trying to blackball luka from the mvp award once again. Luka should be the front runner.

  4. Bucks should trade for Aaron Nesmith, I know Indy hasn’t been good defensively, but that guy is always bringing the energy, getting steals and putting pressure, and he’s been shooting the lights out from deep, I think he’s a better fit to Dame due to his size.

  5. Best JJ podcasts are with people behind basketball (Tim Legler,Mike Breen,Doris Burke) i really would love to see Kevin Harland on this podcast

  6. I find it odd how Tim always, always, never mentions Luka with his top players in the world ? He loves bringing up defense like Tim not many team's play defense any more have you seen the scoring in the NBA recently? Oh, I forgot he was a Tatum guy lol lol

  7. Hey JJ… Sometimes have trouble guiding through videos. Would you consider adding timestamps. Awesome content.

  8. Knicks seem legit w/ their new roster moves. Dallas is the dark horse that can beat any team in a 7 round series if healthy outside of Denver.

  9. I want some one to explain me how Luka is not top 3 in mvp right now averaging 34/8/9 on 49/38/78 shooting while being on the 6th seed while Kyrie did not play in 9 of the last 11 games and they've had 23 diferent starting 5. Specially cus seeding did not seem to be a problem when Jokic one it and the Warriors were in the 9th seed and Steph was 3rd place in the MVP RACE.

Admit it or not thisbis media hare on Luka. If Ja, Tatum, Zion, Booker, Mitchel or some olayer like that from the states is in the same situación as Luka right now they would be top 2 MVP for sure and ppl would be talking about them in every national show like First Take but since its an european white player they Just try to act like what he is doing is nothing special and that my friends is a shame onbyou guys cus you are supposed to be "Professionals"

  10. i didnt even know who tf Tim Legler was like a year ago but the dude has great takes him and JJ are a fire duo

  11. BI is a special player/superstar and he's still growing as a player and I think he still is getting physically stronger because he puts the work in. has youth too. I don't think Clippers have a clear cut best player and they are old.

  12. Please add time stamps, I want to hear what you say about the clippers and it would be easier to skip to that part with timestamps

  13. As a Celtics fan, I really don’t fear any team in the East. The Nuggets are the real competition but, I know anything can happen and we have to win round 1 first.

  14. As a heat fan I pray we play the bucks lmao, from wisco myself, so I love seeing my friends hopes and dreams get crushed

  15. 37:44 CAP. Zion is nothing special, I said this when he got drafted and I’ll still say it… he is overrated and overhyped. Below average defender (Just because he gets weak side blocks, doesn’t make him a good defender) Below average shooter (Yes, I know he is extremely efficient around the rim but the lack of shooting is a major flaw that can be game planed around and if you want to go far in the playoffs it will get exposed) He is not a shot creator / can’t dribble. This means he needs a teammate to set him up, and is predictable when guarding him because you know all he wants to do is drive. He is also injury prone. He also doesn’t have the mentality of wanting to be great and be the best version of himself. He doesn’t take care of his body. He has no post game other than a post spin. We also seen players who are muscular and athletic. LeBron, Karl Malone, Giannis are just 3 examples. Zion relies on the refs whistle calling fouls for him, in todays league you can’t play physical defense on a player like Zion, because the smallest amount of contact to try to stop him gets called a foul. Also, his style of bulldozing over players when driving should be a offensive foul. Due to small ball, Rim protection takes a hit depending who is playing the center spot, so when Zion drives, alot of the time it’s not contested because the 5 man isn’t tall enough, strong enough and isn’t a rim protector, so that favors Zion.

  16. love the show jj, please stop using statistics from a sample of 4 games. talk about how OG helped lock down philly, by all means, but saying OG transformed the knicks defense into a top unit overnight with 4 games as justification is just you putting on your espn hat

  17. None of the traditional top 3 teams of the last 5 years (Philly, Bucks, Celtics) want to play the Knicks in the playoffs. The team that can handle the Knicks the best is Boston

  18. Long time listener, first time commenter. You really hit "shizzum" hard at 6:19, JJ. Like jism. Ski-zum, shooter. Great segment, though.

  19. Forget the 4 spot, the Knicks are a two games from the three spot! I said this with confidence, because the Knicks have started the season with one of the toughest schedules, and on the flip side, the Sixers, have had the easiest schedule, and yet the Knicks are only two games back. 🫡
