Seems to me like he didn’t want to play for Torts. He probably was excited he got drafted there at first but then Torts and the usual bullshit with players and talking about old style hockey, Kevin Hayes situation as well, probably made him think twice.
But who cares now? Hope Jamie does well over there

At least, his confidence matches John Tavares joining Leafs talking about helping them with rebuild. Balls! Even though he hasn’t played a minute in the NHL
