Drysdale looked great out there. Passes were on the money every time, he had some good shots on goal, and he had great stick play in his own end of the ice. Fantastic start to his Flyers career.
2 shots in the first period for the Canadiens. Just two. And two goals. Unreal. Flyers new guy, Drysdale, played pretty well. Overall, Canadiens were outplayed but they did everything they could, blocking 30ish shots from the Flyers and Primeau kept them in the game. Stole a point for Montreal.
Good on the Flyers fans for giving Drysdale a loud cheer for his first assist as a Flyer. He looked awesome both defensively and offensively, especially since he just got here hours ago. He's going to be awesome for us.
Just as I said last year , how many games are the Montreal brass ,prepared watch slip completely away ,after taking a 2 goal or more lead ??? You’s needed to more aggressively scout & court better goalies in the league & Internationally as well ! Countless games like this 1 ,will surely make better golf players out of this team !
