  1. I don't know why fans have wanted Ullmark traded since the day he arrived.

This is the guy that got you there.
Every time Jeremy has one good game suddenly he's the future of the bruins again?

Of course the bruins need to make a trade – that's been the plan. But linus does a lot more than just stop the puck. He's a third defenseman. He knows how to transition that puck. And only a goalie or goalie skills coach might be able to appreciate that third defenseman.

    Jeremy is not there yet.

Nobody wants to acknowledge that we ARE in rebuild. Sweeney and the rest of the team know, yet the fans seem to be numb on this one…

The reason why it doesn't look like a rebuild is because of Ullmark.

Next time Jeremy has a bad game, fair weather fans will want him traded .. 🙄

it's the end of the world! 🤯 Jeremy needs to go! bring up Bussi. 😮

Of course bruins fair weather fans are going to say trade ullmark. Every other game they change their mind on these decisions.

That's what they've been saying all along. And then they'll figure it out after he's gone

Thank the hockey gods fans are not in charge of trades!

  2. Maybe they could ask Bergeron to come in as a player that plays home games only.. just him working out with them is likely what the Bruins are missing.. seems like the motivation is simply not there with the team.. Marchand is awesome player but not a motivator.

  3. My expectation to begin the season was that they'd be clinging onto a wildcard spot, and yet they've been one of the best teams in the league. However, I don't see that as an excuse to go all in and say Stanley Cup or bust. With the exception of Marchand, all these guys will get quite a few whacks at it. The playoffs are a completely different season in itself, and I don't see them getting far with only a no.2 and no.3 center (props to Zacha and Coyle for stepping up in the regular season though). With a substantial amount more cap space next season, I'd say stand pat and try to build a stronger core for the future. Give guys like Lohrei and Poitras time to develop, hopefully Lysell can get back on track, don't send off what few assets you do have just chasing the carrot. I'd say Gryz and DeBrusk are your best trade chips right now, maybe Ullmark if it's a return that knocks your socks off. But getting rid of them this season seriously depletes the team now…although if they're not going anywhere this Spring, then why not? So basically everything I said was useless, lol. No, what I'm getting at is, if you do make a trade this season, make sure it's with a mind on the future, not the Cup right now. That's a hard pill to swallow sometimes for Boston fans.

  4. they needed a trafe before the season started.. They are gunna just keep wasting Pasta's prime years like they did with Ray Bourque .. They wont make a move till people stop going to games .. Just like 2010 ..
