Win or learn…coach Sheldon Keefe believes the team is only scratching the surface of its potential. "We're not even close to being the team we can be — the team that we would need to be," Keefe said Thursday. Right on coach…lots or work to do, getting better…learning daily…win or learn…go leafs go…As for the refs…Get rid of the extra useless pylon (ref) on the ice…worst thing the NHL did after the last strike, ad an extra ref…this just makes things worse, costs us more…they get in the way all the time, make fake calls on regular basis, miss calls right in front of them…they are affecting the outcome of the game, not cool at all…they simply are not present many, many times each game,… some should not be refs at all, should be fired, just dreadful…this has gone on long enough…they are ruining a great game…i hate to break the news to you refs, but the game is not about you…wake up, stay out of the way and do your job with consistency, every game…be present!!!

you cant you really say a team is better when they only play 6 teams 3 of them team werent in the playoffs, if anything you should realize toronto can only score when given penalties against bad teams , if this was an 82 game season toronto isnt in the playoffs , the way better teams are all playing in the usa, the canadian division is some of the worse hockey i have seen in 45 years, its so bad even ray ferraro and other dont even want to report on it, the ratings are at an all time low
