Thank goodness I have these highlights. They save me the pain and suffering of watching an entire Leafs game.
Not gonna praise the Avs for this comeback win. That first period was horrendous. Total lapse. You cant win the cup with that kind of play. Got intimidated by the Leafs atmosphere and got down by 3. Horrendous

As usual, no defense for the Leafs tonight. Second night in a row. A good offence is no defense! This has been happening since last year. Coaching is the problem. 5 games in a row for Jones. They Leafs have a long history of burning out goalies. They'll try the rookie and if he gets shell-shocked, you know who they'll put in.
The coaching staff isn't fixing the problems. What needs to be done, if the Leafs' fans ever hope to win the cup, is for them to turn around and walk away until the ownership gets real about winning. It could happen. I've only been waiting since 1968!

The Avalanche need consistency in net, Georgy won't get them past the 1st round. Sure, Avs have a lot of come from behind wins, but that won't happen postseason. Impossible to win playoff series if a team has to score 4+ goals a game in order to win. Im an Avs fan who wonders what Sakic sees in this guy! HOW is "king: George even in the All Star Game?

The second goal on Georgiev was kind of soft, but it’s crazy how well the Avs play from behind. They gotta be the best 3rd period team in the NHL. Their defence was tight and their forecheck was on top.
Of course, they lose a game I want them to win, one more reason to hate the Leafs (I want Vancouver to win the West).
