@Sharks de San José

À l’heure actuelle, les deux meilleurs gardiens de GAA et Save% sont tous deux d’anciens Sharks.

    Jones will regress, Toronto defense is uh, not great.

    Hill idk though, Vegas is (regrettably) still good.

    At least the Sharks aren’t paying Adin Hill $2.9M to play against them this year. (Sad Shark sounds…)

    As much as it may kinda suck (for us) to see these guys succeeding after struggling in their final years with us, we all know they wouldn’t be close to having the numbers they’re having now if they had to play with our current roster in front of them.

    Happy for both of them

    Awesome seeing this posted as Jones puts up an .875 and .867 in his last two games. Can’t keep playing awful teams like the Sharks…

  5. Kaaopo about to follow their lead and do way better after leaving the sharks.

    Our goalie coaches know how to fuck up a good goalie for sure

    This is also a testament to how bad the defense has been the last few years. Not saying jones and hill played well for us but our defense is atrocious and we give up a ton of quality looks.

    It shows how bad the Sharks defense was in front of Hill.

    It also shows that Vegas might have an amazing goalie coach who was able to identify and fix Hill’s flaws.

    The Sharks defense was holier than the vatican when both Hill and Jones played for SJ. They were consistently left out to dry and caught the blame for shit that SHOULD have been the defense’s fault. Of course they let in some softies but ALL goalies do that…from backups to Cup winning goalies.

    There must have been a real concern about Hill’s health and ability to actually play 30+ games in a season, or maybe some locker room issues, because otherwise it made no sense at the time to get rid of a 25 year old goalie to hold onto 33 year old Reimer, given they both put up similar numbers in ’22.

    Makes sense because playing on a bad team is good practice for a goalie. Trial by fire.
