I feel so bad for Treliving, Marner and Nylander have hearts filled of GREED proven by everyone else in the league who has SIGNIFICANTLY less money then them who actually value winning. We fired the best GM in leafs history without due process who was probably about to trade Marner because he FINALLY came to realization but NO we had to fire him because of Bullshit excuses. Sammy played alright – I still prefer Jones, he’s much more composed. Sammy freezes after every shot almost like he anticipates it’s gone past him. He also seems to flop around unnecessarily. Don’t get me wrong though, he is absolutely not why they lost tonight. Keefe has to be held accountable, I can’t imagine it could get any worse with this roster. Change just for the sake of change at the very least.

If the wings are mid, then what does it make the leafs? Wings have better offense this year, and worse defense. You can’t be comfortable with a 2 goal lead, let alone 1 goal lead against the Wings. They are tied third most goals as a team for a reason.
