Did not see Coffey making such a difference with the defence. The turn around is remarkable. Perry could add grit and skill to the third and 4th line. Concerned with the chemistry of the team. Can’t see Columbus taking Campbell without an expensive sweetener . Thanks for the update

I think Corey Perry would be an excellent edition to the fourth line. He wouldn't be a top goal scorer but he would be a reliable player while the top 6 aren't on the ice
Perry is that guy you love on your team but hate to play against. If they can get him cheap the. Go for it. Need to get a third team involved to get Elvis that take some of his cap hit for one and also want to take campbell’s contract to either buy him out, Arizona, or keep him to see if he gets his game back.

Perry is the wrong prick for this team. Please don't bother with him. The Oilers would be better off signing Phil Kessel to no risk a league minimum contract. We don't even know what he did to get terminated by the Blackhawks. Why do so many idiots believe Stauffer and think that someone who isn't even good enough to plat for the Blackhawks, is the "solution" for the Oilers. Perry – Kane – Holloway as the third line would be quite cool to watch. I really think we need to move Ceci at some point for cap space eventually, and obviously Campbell. Would love to save the 1st round picks and look at packaging a couple,e of prospects?

Perry yes. It was said that Evander Kane would cause a problem and it hasn't happened. Perry has played in warm weather cities. Would he want to come to a cold weather Canadian city? Don't know if I have any 'Burning Love' for this Elvis. I still like Markstrom. I think he has some sort of no-trade clause though. Like seeing the team win close scoring games like 3-2 or 2-1. Also, the defense is much, much better. Still need to add for more depth. Obviously, another quality forward. A goalie, and a preferably right shot defenseman. Pat Maroon still on my wish list.
Perry should retire. He has no place on this team. We can't be the team that signs problem players. Anyone who thinks Oilers should sign him need to lay of the drugs. Hated him in Anaheim. Will never cheer for him
