@Canucks de Vancouver

I am going to say this, isn't this too early for playoffs right now because it is in the middle of the season (St. Louis Blues 2018-19)

  2. it wont matter who the canucks play or dont play there takeing stanley cup ffor a ride this year the mayor or whatever they have there probly is not looking forward to a cup sieries comeing to vancouver agian im sure he remembers how the fans destroyd the town last time when they lost the seventh game

  3. To be a cup champion, you shouldn’t be afraid of any team. You’re eventually gonna have to get through some tough matchups.

I say bring whoever on, they don’t need to fear anyone. Besides, ain’t no weak teams in the playoffs, and the so-called soft matchups backfire quite a bit too – so be careful what you wish for 😂

  4. I think Vegas, with a healthy Eichel and Adain Hill, would be a much tougher challenge than Edmonton. Miller po'ing off McDavid (like get in his head) might do wonders for a series between Edm/Van. Sure the Oilers are on a historic winning streak now, but we match up well against them much better than against Vegas. Having said that, best to avoid both teams in the first round.

  5. i wanna see Seattle and Canucks in the first round the making of a battle of Alberta type thing to start with both teams

  6. 100% oilers. not even close. an opportunity to see mcdavid in a series. and not top tiered goaltending. mediocre defensive team for past few years.

  7. tbh Im not nearly as scared of the oilers as everyone else – their D and goaltending are still swiss cheese and you can’t out score your problems in the playoffs(just watched EDM v TML and it just reinforced my opinion). Vegas and LA (in that order) scare me the most, particularly the Knights seem to have our number.

  8. Hands down… bring on the Oilers… That would be one I want to play… if they can't get jacked for that… I know the fans will… go C'nucks

  9. Id actually welcome an Oilers matchup. You're not gonna be able to stop 97 and 29, but it doesn't matter. The nucks would be able to keep the rest of the team off the board, and the nucks are a higher scoring team anyways. Itll be a shootout and i think that we can beat them at that.

  10. Oilers are frightening to opposing teams on the fact that they have an offensive powerhouse, however I think the Canucks are one of the few teams that can actually match up 1 for 1 because we have some game breaker big names too. That being said, I'd welcome the Oilers for that reason, as well as the fact that Oilers' goaltending sucks

  11. I was born in Edmonton around the crazy Oil fan base and I love them so much. But not I live in Vancouver and how cool would it be if they won. Tbh either way I’ll be happy if one of the teams win. Please Canada…. We NEED a win!

  12. The canucks need to remain 1st in the west for the sake of their playoff success

In a perfect world- 1 of each get eliminated:
    Dallas Vs Colorado
    Vegas Vs La
    Winnipeg Vs Edmonton
    Leaving Vancouver Vs Nash/Cal/Sea

It makes their life that much easier if they only need to knock out 2 instead of 3 really good teams in the west- and if Allvin adds another top caliber piece… oooft.

  13. We???? What position on the Canucks do you play?

This we thing is something of a new thing with many fans today. If you are not on the pay roll you are not we.

    It's they, them.

I know it's not a big deal but it's not we.

That said I agree with much of what you say. I think the Kings could be a good first round opponent if the Canucks should meet them.

The Oilers are tough but I'll put Demko and DeSmith up against the Oilers tandem any day.

    Peace ✌️ out.
