Keefe should be fired, but this is totally fair. The guys should have the day off. 1 practice isn’t going to fix their issues right now. Get the mental rest, and play hard tomorrow.

Guys it’s just the schedule it’s hard. The other 31 teams don’t have to do this it’s just us. Boo boo. Feel bad for us. When we had two games in a week and a half in Sweden that we barely won and then another week off it was so hard too! Cry me a fucking river.

Why did they need to have a lengthy meeting when they played a really good hockey game last night?
Maybe part of the problem is optional practices. I get they’ve played a lot but come on. 30-40 years ago there were players who smoked 2 packs a day and would skate circles around these guys. They looked slow and tired halfway thru the game last night. I question their general conditioning and ability to keep up with other teams. Now is the time to bag skate these fucks not give them a day off.

It was so telling how during the playoffs last season RoR was giving out ideas on what they could do when they were getting their asses kicked by the Panthers and Keefe didn’t even want to fucking listen to him. The guy that actually won a cup and Keefe basically told him to fuck off. That’s probably a big reason why RoR didn’t re-sign here.
