B's are terrible in OT 3 on 3 … reasons, poor face-off play and lack of speed. Marchand, DeBrusk and McAvoy should start the 3 on 3. Pasta isn't needed 3 on 3.
The B's "offensive plan" has got to involve more physical play. No other team is afraid to face the B's now.
