Its all well and good to rag on trelivings guys, but to my uneducated hockey view, is that treliving doesn't have the type of coach that suits his guys.
Keefe cant coach hard, tough and defensive. Look at last year, beat a skilful tampa, then loose to a hard as nails Florida.

Yes, agree – stop over analysing – ' Without Matthews…' comment is irrelevant – we HAVE MATTHEWS and be thankful that we do. He stepped up the pace. In fact, for me, collectively, the team played with some energy and gusto not seen in recent games. You know what it reminds me of guys? When Morgan Rielly was called for the exact same thing negating the tying goal against Montreal last season. Too bad so sad. Bertuzzi so far has been way more worth it than Domi. Bulldog go in corner and retrieve puck. He is better than anyone else on the team. Knies is second best but not nearly as good.
