  1. I don’t know how to say this.. but I really enjoy watching oilers highlites not knowing who has won.. I don’t get to watch games typically, and I love the suspense of not knowing.

Your game review titles recently have been spoiling the wins for me, and I’m half inclined to tell YouTube to stop recommending your videos because of this, which I really don’t want to do, because I love your breakdowns and theories and general Oilers shop talk, and I want to support you and your channel as a fellow Albertan..

Not totally sure what to do here, regarding this.. guess I just wanted to let you know.

    Thanks for your videos regardless.

  3. So many Toronto fans flew in the Edmonton just to watch their Leafs get a ass whooping! Funny how the cheers in the first went to tears in the third lol!!

  4. Seriously, if the Leafs didn’t keep getting overtime loser points, they would have 21 wins and 21 losses. A very average team. Those 8 loser points in 3 point games makes them “look” respectable.

  5. Long post follows with base game statistics including some for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Read, don't read, up to you. These are BASE stats not detailed ones provided to give a foundation (takes 3 sites to do it). My comments and observations at the end.

Oilers win 4-2 in Edmonton to continue their streak to 11 in a row so far. Leafs open the scoring 27 seconds into the first period. That's the only goal until 1/2 way into the second period when Toronto scores again, this time Rielly pinballed around and they got a bounce. After that, all Oilers. First Oilers goal about 5 minutes later, Leon from Ekholm to Bouchard to Leon, Backhand and totally unexpected. Then a little over 2 minutes into the 3rd we get DEPTH SCORING with Ryan scoring. McLeod does a pass behind the net to Ryan right up front and boom. Janmark got it to McLeod. What, you like Depth Scoring, how about Ryan McLeod getting the next one with McDavid as a screen but this was a Draisaitl on a quick change, McLeod in and they work it, he loops a bit and boom, it's in for the game winner. Then, like a first timer teenager being told "That's Not It" we get and Empty Netter from Bouchard from the Oilers Net. Maybe the empty netters need to be left to Bouch and Kane from now on (lol). So this was one of the "harder" games in the Oilers schedule and they won it 4-2. PK perfect. Only one penalty per team so it was a pretty clean game. Lots of hits (57 total) and Toronto blocked a LOT more shots (22 to 9), Edmonton with more Giveaways and Takeaways, slightly better on the faceoff, slightly more shots. Interesting game. Skinner STOLE this one for us. Remember that the next time you want to trade him or send him down because he let in a goal you thought he should save.; He WON this game for us by not letting in a lot more that could have gone in without him. Take care all.

  6. Just an FYI, we leapfrogged Nashville and with LA loosing we're 1 point behind them with a game in hand. Seattle also lost so Calgary passed them with an OT win over Arizona. Fun times. Take care all.

  7. every team in the NHL can win on any given night, Anaheim can beat the Panthers in Florida as an example so to me it doesn't matter who the Oilers have played during this win streak. Go Oilers!

  8. Hey dolyny. Watch Davy Jones locker room video on oilers kraken and do that. It's what oilers fans need. Not just a bunch of words.
