  1. With Binnington it's like most goalie's the goalie plays as good as the defence. Agree with Mr. Larkin defence has got to play better than last (and I think they will). Most people agree with the fact that they are stacked with four lines and even good back up players.

  2. Binnington? He was the best player in the playoffs last year for the Blues. The Blues couldn’t guard the Avs top line. That was the story of the whole series, along with Faulk being concussed by Kadri. The Blues defense was a complete mess in the first half of last season. They did turn it around and in the second half. It just took them a while to adjust to not having Pietrangelo or Bouwmeester, and Parayko was obviously not healthy for the majority of the season. Mikola and Wahlman showed a lot of progress last year and can hopefully keep it up this season. If not, the team will have some holes on defense.
