In the minority, but I kind of dig these. Shiny Kyogre vibes.
These look really fucking nice. I don’t know what everyone is freaking out about. The dark blue kills a lot of the reflection anyway. It’s a subtle metallic and once they’re on the all blue Orca kit, i think it’ll look amazing.
I still don’t understand wanting to shake things up during a season like this but fuck it, shine on you beautiful bastards.

I think they look good because they’re a darker blue than I thought they’d be (was expecting the same blue as the jerseys). Not shiny everywhere and gives it almost a marbled appearance that I think will blend well with the jerseys.

Canucks should take it a step further than chrome and freeing the skate. We need a brand new logo and brand new colour scheme. We already have the most in the league, why not play to our strengths? One new one every decade.

I love how these look and think with the Orca jersey they’ll look even better. I feel like the Vegas one could have looked good if their jersey was all black and didn’t have the gray on it but it does so Canucks will probably have the nicest looking of the three.
