@Canucks de Vancouver

Twitter : https://twitter.com/DeanerHd

  1. IMO Petterson took a dive because he was exhausted, had just fumbled two picks on the shift and should've gone off for a change. He looked at the ref and knew he wasn't buying it.

  2. Alright listen, idk what book of idioms buddy reads but the phrase is “whirl wind”- not “world wind”. Jfc gen z, get a clue.

  3. Battles in front of the net often don't get called, especially when the falling player embellishes. Also calls are rare in OT. EP had time to get back in the play but chose to flop around. Never leave the game in the refs' hands – it's a loser mindset.

  4. I hope somebody talk with Elias about being better trained in skating and overall physical training. He is to weak both in his legs and overall fitness . His talent is missused becouse of lack of training. Is it laziness? Or wrong food and drink? Or both.

  5. There will always be non-calls, and the Canucks are acting like this is something new. Sometimes they go your way, sometimes they don't. There will be even more non-calls in the playoffs. Dust yourself off and get back in the game FFS.

  6. This is the second game straight against the st Louis Blues in Vancouver where Petterson was the victim of an infraction that wasn't called which immediately lead to the loss of the game.
    Something's fishy here. Additionally Even Hughes was illegally cross checked against the boards from behind.
    The situation calls for an investigation.

  7. Petterson turned into Bambi on ice from a tap on back and then to slowly get up slowly. Tocchet was on point about him lately.

  8. I was busy tonight so I didn't see this game, but despite the loss in OT, happy for suter getting that hatty. These refs have time and time again not been on our side, but we still most of the time come out on top. This game seems like one of the worst jobs the refs have done this season. The NHL needs new referees and they need them FAST because we can't keep putting up with games like this one. If the refs are this bad or worse in the playoffs, I wouldn't be too surprised if Vancouver rioted again.

  9. I don’t understand how that was a missed call and I don’t understand why our coach didn’t do a coaches challenge because that was no goal on a missed interference call

  10. There's 9 players on the Canucks current roster that need to be resigned this offseason. The way they are playing 7 are gonna get a salary raise, 5 of those a massive raise. So if we sign Pettersson for more then 9 million, who is back on a slump again – not skating, then we lose at least 5 players, likely 6 and we are back to what we were last year. Team friendly deals like what Miller took is what we need and I hope him and everyone else do that so we can keep being as good as we are now. JT Miller is 8th in the League for Points of all current players of the past 5 years (all combined), currently 5th this year and makes 8 million a year. If we give Pettersson 12-13 million we doom ourselves. I believe we need to wait and see if Pettersson has totals like last year and that he really wants to be here before giving him anything near 12 mill. We have a massive history of horrible contracts.
