I'll admit, I was happier when the Oilers sucked.
why do the leafs get the #1 game calling crew? the montreal game was the national broadcast. canucks game was a regional broadcast. shannon's explanation is taking on water as usual.

Kids have got to learn that playing hockey is a privilege and when you wear the red Maple Leaf, there are responsibilities that come with it.
The Oilers have experienced the playoff urgency and hype. The Canucks have not. It makes a difference. I gag when I say the Oilers will come out of the Pacific. Next year will be Canucks turn.
