Not up there with price and lundqvist, but I would have loved to have seen pekka rinne win the cup.

I’m biased but Pekka Rinne. I almost wish he would’ve gone ring chasing the last few years when it was obvious we weren’t going to be able to help him win it

Lundqvist is probably the most obvious choice.

Some goalies are so fucking good they trick the managment into thinking their team is above average when they could easily be a below average team with un real goaltending.
NY-Black-Dragon
Hank definitely

As a habs fan it was awesome watching Price. But I also know he was unconsciously part of the problem. Habs had garbage teams and he’d steal so many wins by being legendary thus keeping them mediocre. Good enough to make the playoffs, not good enough do win it, too high for a good draft pick.

Price doesn’t have a cup because the cup is won by a team.
The same could be said to a bunch of other goalies too
FinkBass420
Kipper and Luongo are the top two that come to mind
80 points isn’t what it used to be, though. Lots of guys are a point per game now, compared to Price’s era, even though it’s not that long ago.

Henrik Lundqvist is staring you right in the face my guy

fun fact: Patrick Roy does not even rank in the top 50 goalies of all time for save percentage!

When it became clear Montreal would never be a contender again for the rest of prices career I actually hoped for him to be traded to a contender to try and get him a cup. We had a couple good runs but many years where Carey was wasted greatness.

Roberto Luongo. At his peak he was phenomenal. And even though I’m a Canucks fan, I’m saying that as a hockey fan!

Lundqvist is the best goalie to never win a cup.
