Comment devenir l’homme le plus détesté du hockey

Nick Cousins des Panthers de la Floride est devenu récemment l’un des joueurs de hockey les plus détestés et nous parlons davantage des coups sûrs qu’il a infligés qui ont conduit à cela. #hockey #lnh

  1. Gudbranson's mistake was that he actually leaned back at an angle to try to gain leverage to fight off the incoming hit (he could have taken the turn in a more upright position which would have made the hit negligeable but he purposely overcompensated his angle to try to gain leverage to fight off an incoming hit) but in doing so he made himself shorter and he underestimated how fast and hard Cousins's hit was going to be so his maneuver didn't work anyhow. Honestly, Cousins isn't at fault here. This is the exact type of play someone in Cousin's position should be hitting the guy in. Gudbranson is the one who made the mistake and paid the price.

The hit on Valimaki was also not bad at all because Cousins specifically leaned out of the check to make sure Valimaki didn't get hurt. Zucker had intent to cause harm whereas Cousins did not so Zucker deserves the suspension.

Cousin's sounds like the a traditional shit disturber but these examples shown here aren't bad at all. The players and sport announcers need to stop being such babies.

  2. We need to stop arguing about the "player put himself in a vulnerable position". This is bullshit. Hit in the numbers is a no Go that is all. The hitter must be responsible regardless if it is boarding or head contact.

  3. It’s one thing turning your back to the player and taking the hit, it’s a whole different thing if you have your back to him through the entire defensive zone… that’s plenty of time and distance to make the right choice and not hit the guy, but he still did it. Cannot defend that hit at all.

  4. You are not the only person who hates the way the Panthers play. They have literally sold their souls and left the realm of humanity for their scorched earth style of play. I am all for doing what it takes to win, but to utterly throw out any sense of respect, empathy or sense of humanity is a bit too far to go.

  5. Cousins took Knies out of the playoffs last year. He's a dirty player and needs to be removed from the league

  6. You get boarded by Zucker and a bunch of panty boys, who are ruining the game . You should be upset with the weak Leafs not the Panthers . How could he have stood up to Gudbranson, who bear hugs and throws him to the ice…such crap content. Go watch the pwhl ..btw the valamaki hit if you know what you are watching isn't dirty .

  7. This content should be called bad takes, rehashed fan boy nonsense from a weakleafs fan still bitter from last years whipping

  8. Watch the old footage of the game. If you were going into a corner with opposition bearing down on you, you threw the brakes on and try to stand the guy up with a hit. Not for the last decade! What ever happened to play the man not the puck. In a lot of these instances they should give the defending player a diving penalty for putting THEMSELVES in a vulnerable position to try and draw a penalty. The league is a joke now!

  9. Dude, it's HOCKEY, not BADMINTON. The players will work it out amongst themselves, like they have for 100 years.

  10. Yeah a theme of the Lemieux and the Chucks, or however you spell the dolts names.. has been being a f*** p** after throwing dirty hits and making dirty plays around.
Edit: They've all been doing it since they came into the league, they're commissioner plants for marketing and they are told what to do and that's why they run immune to discipline for so long.

  11. Connor Bedard has a broken jaw, because a shoulder hit it. The NHL has never punished the punks in the league the right way.

  12. He will get his soon just like Thachuck did in the playoffs last year how did it feel Thachuck spending the off season recovering comes around goes around

  13. woulda gained more respect for matthews if he put knee on belly on cousins after tripping him then fed him a few.

  14. Gudbranson though, laying there like he's dead until the refs blew the whistle. Then he's OK to jump up and go. Acted like he was KOd, no concussion protocol? That whole game was handled like a bantam league game.

  15. BS…He saw that Gudbranson had his back turned…he didn't all of a sudden turn his back (bad take). No, the response was not shocking at all. Cousins should've got 5 and a game misconduct.
    He's a dirty players alright…
    Karma…
