  1. That's not happening. Oilers need cheaper skilled players. Oilers won't move Holloway for a rental player.

  2. As a life long Oilers fan, I have watatched every one of Holloways games the pqast few seasons. Holloway has not been able to get into a groove for any length of time due to being oft injured. BUT when he is healthy, you can see his potential. he makes plays at lightning fast speed and has some sweet mitts. He is just now starting to warm up his point totals. I would not like to see this trade go down as I feel Holloway has a far superior upside. Just my opinion.

  3. Fair deal proposal; Montreal gets Holloway, Edmonton gets Caufield? Of course, it is not happening the same as your video suggested.

  4. Hard no, Holloway has just got back after a few month injury break. Holloway is worth more than Monahan when we factor salary.

  5. So, do these "insiders" throw darts at a board?… Why stop at Holloway… throw in Mcdavid and Draisaitl for 2 first rounders.
Get off the airwaves… you're interrupting my dog videos.

  6. What an excellent trade proposal for the Canadiens !

First they obtained Sean Monahan with a 2025 1st round pick from the Calgary Flames FOR —- NOTHING

And then they trade Sean Monahan to Edmonton FOR :
    1) Dylan Holloway
    2) Edmonton's 2025 1st round Pick

    WOW ..
How assuming a 6 million dollar salary of a serviceable 20 goal scorer for one year could produce such a great return !

Let's just hope that Ken Holland ain't that dumb.

  7. Brutal take. Move an up and coming forward for a guy like Monahan that doesn't move the needle a bit from the Oilers standpoint. The Oil might look at Monahan, but FFS, it's not going to get you a big asset. Maybe a good draft pick…but not a first, and not a top prospect.

  8. The #Flames have acquired Andrei Kuzmenko, a 2024 first round pick, Hunter Brzustewicz, Joni Jurmo and a conditional 2024 fourth round pick for Elias Lindholm
