Whats the opposite of running out of time?
Given the choice of Lindholm or Monahan, I’m happy with Lindholm. Monahan is definitely a consolation prize… I’m glad Allvin took the initiative.

Imagine that, a group of people at the top who want to be proactive, and get their guy. Rutherford wanted Lindholm, so instead of calling up Calgary at 09:00 on trade deadline day, he called now and got his guy. So gods damned refreshing to have a management group that actually manages.

So we basically gave up damaged goods in Kuzmenko, a long-shot prospect in Jurmo, and a conditional 4th to upgrade from Monahan to Lindholm

they sold high on hunter, and jurmo and a 4th are definitely sweeteners that don’t hurt the canucks too much.
