More hockey related than the Stars specifically, but does anyone not really feel the same desire as it feels the rest of the fans do to get NHL’ers playing in the Olympics?
I just get the feeling that Canadians are so insecure about not having a team up there win the Cup in decades that they want a Gold medal to try and show they’re still the best. That’s why they’re always talking about it being a show of « the best vs the best ».
(And for the record I don’t think anyone could really deny that Canada consistently puts out the best players.)

Does anyone know details about Modano being at Ticketstock later this month? Can anyone wait in line to meet for autograph or do I have to win the contest they have going on to do it? I have a ’99 cup plaque signed by Belfour that id love to get Modano to sign
