Are you planning on putting a new name on? If so it should just cover it right up since Hart is such a short name. If you’re trying to rock a blank, I’m no help sorry.

Edit: posting in r/hockeyjerseys isn’t a bad idea either

Liberty bell jerseys u/dextermorgan67 is stripping them for free provided you make a donation of 35 dollars to a charity that helps sexual abuse survivors.

If you’re putting a new plate on it, it’s going to get covered up anyway.

Goo Gone to start, nuclear option is Goof Off, but frankly just choose a longer name should be easy, and same with numbers.

From a quick scan, easiest cover up for numbers and name would be Atkinson, but you could doa. Little more effort and likely get away with Cates, Farabee, Lycksell, or Tippet.

Keep the 7’s and turn that bad boy into a Tippett.

Just slap a ROENICK nameplate on it and be done with it

50% of people might not even notice

had luck with paper bags and an iron. put the bag over the glue and iron it, absorbs into the bag. however, you’ll most likely have some discolouring to take care of, so throw another name over it. Turned my Evander Kane Jets jersey into an Andrew Copp a few years ago.

I stripped a wentz jersey with rubbing alcohol and nail polish remover. It took a few cycles of letting it dry only to see there was more left but I got it all off.

I have some adhesive remover that may help with this. Shoot me a PM, I’m in Calgary!

I have an autographed Hart jersey that has a date with the seam ripper

A little premature. The hell with due process I guess. Hope you’re in the same boat some day.

I used a hair dryer on a Wentz jersey. Just go easy and take your time.
