Is there a Corsi for Dummies out there? I’m admittedly always at a loss for analytics.
I was just checking out Moneypuck to check this as well.
My only comment would be small sample size, particularly when you consider he was benched for large part of one of his games, so those mistakes made are magnified.
Over the entire season, Cal Clutterbuck and Casey Cizikas are literally the worst in the league at 30%.
Edit: didn’t realise that stat was All Situations which obviously includes PK time. At 5v5 Gauthier, Cizikas and Pageau are tied for second worst in the league at 37% and Clutterbuck is tied at third worst at 38%. Mayfield also a dishonourable mention tied fourth worst at 39%.

If Wally steps up and gains the confidence like he had back in the beginning of last season, the dude can be a menace. Hopefully this helps him get some more opportunity.
Who cares about the Gauthier stats, I care deeply about a revival of Anders fucking Lee baby.

Shoutout to Wally who, despite starting more than half of the shifts in the D zone, actually has really good overall numbers. Granted, 10 minutes isn’t shit for time, but its a lot better than a lot of others so far on the list with about 2/3x time differential. Can give him 2-3 games with
normal game time to see where that shakes out some.
