Mantha could go for a lot more than people expect especially since Washington can retain half his hit. Teams will be cautious though not sure which Mantha they will be getting. I expect the picks in return to be conditional.

These are only rumors from ol’ Franky Vermicelli but he’s claiming that Dowd could fetch a first rounder. If there is any truth to that, Caps need to take that trade and run.

Dowd is one of my favorite players, he’s always 100%. Mantha is playing much better, but could see him sold ‘high’
