  1. The nhl needs to make a statement. It doesnt matter that he didnt try to nearly take his head off his shoulders, he did and the result was serious damage to accaris brain. Minimum 10 games.

  2. I agree with the call that was made and that it is a bad hit at the end of the day. But i don't think there was intent. Accari pulled up right at that moment to let the puck slide ahead to his teammate right in his path. As he did, he slowed and came up into it. Bad circumstances on both sides. It he keeps skating at speed with the puck it's hip on hip.

  3. Dillon new exactly what he was doing..a predator hit by him yet again….big man against a shorter guy for sure but the elevation in the hit is what the officials seen and a direct hit to the head, should be 5 games minimum, but i have a feeling it will be less with a goon in charge of suspensions. When will this league learn that these types of hits are killing these players later in life !!!

  4. Amazing how quickly the "keep your head up" crowd will move the goalposts the moment they see a bad hit on a player who was staring down the other player the whole time.

  5. Complete shut. It’s a contact sport who is it tho fucking say he did it on purpose. That hit was clean af . It’s too bad Noel was reaching for a puck he had no control on. It’s a contact sport or skates. NHL hockey is going to shit. Bunch of soccer player cry babies

  6. Beautiful hit..nothing wrong with that!!.. I love hockey but sometimes they all act like snowflakes ❄️

  7. Head contact!? He kept his elbows down and turned last minute, he hit his head because he was leaning forward in my opinion. There wasn't any intent it's a hockey play, yet unfortunately someone was injured.

  8. Wild fan here. When will you people realize just how dirty Winnipeg is. They took out our superstar Kaprizov. Not surprised to see them still being the way they are. The NHL needs to hold the Jets accountable. I fully support their slump.

  9. He legitimately aimed his shoulder at Noel’s head. Totally targeted him.

  10. Jets' Dillon suspended three games for illegal check to the head- not enough …want this out of the game .. Time to step UP…

  11. Players like this should be kicked out of the league. Especially when they show a pattern and a complete lack of respect towards another player. Get these morons out of the league!

  12. I've played hockey most of my life. Sometimes you hit someone and it's not how you intended to. I'm a Penguins fan since before they ever won a cup. This was an example of unfortunate circumstances. Definitely didn't look like it was intended to harm. Sucks either way.

  13. I have watched and appreciated Acciari's play since his Bruin's days. I think he forgot the mantra to, "keep your head up" on this one. No intent by Dillon, elbow tucked in and he simply directed his body into the path of the forward. It's regrettable that the point of contact was the head, how, as a big defender do you account for that? You can't. I don't believe this play deserves a suspension. In over 800 games Dillon has only 1 suspension, he's not a dirty player.

  14. Dillon is as cheap as they come, but that was a clean hit. #55 needs to keep his head up, skate with control and learn how to play the game correctly.
