Contrary to what many people, a goalie who leaves the crease is NOT fair game to hit and if someone intentionally hits the goalie then it’s a penalty. However incidental contact is allowed outside the crease and to me this is that so idk why they stopped the play

I was going Kadri in my house. The goalie decided to become a skater and went to the blue line to make a play. The refs got absolutely spooked because they have never seen anything like that ever and incompetently blew the whistle. Stripe motto: when in doubt, blow.
